To eat to lose weight you should stick to proteins!
That is chicken, tuna, salmon, sardines, cottage cheese, ham. Have fruit and veg.
But excercise is the vital thing for losing weight. Eating right is only 50% of the deal. Running, walking skipping and building lean muscle is very important.

I say try to cut out most of your sugar intake...so no more soda, candy, desserts...ONCE in a while they are ok. Remember, everything is ok to have but in moderation. Good luck and great tips ladies!
oh awesome, thanks guys! i've been drinking green tea lately and feeling much more energetic (although i admit it makes me have to pee a lot!! LOL) i think i'm going to try sticking to proteins too.. carbs seem to be my downfall!
