As far accessories go I would say HUGE bags/totes, small clutches for out on the town.
Earrings: filled in hoop earrings (these are just starting to become popular)
Big bangles....we're talking big plastic brightly colored or glittery
Lip gloss has always been in so that's a no brainer....
White is making a huge comeback....

For this fall and winter deep colors are in. I found this website that has these necklaces that are made with wire and deep colored stones. They make such a statement, but are not too much. Thats been hard for me to find... ive already bought 2 necklaces and a few pairs of earrings. I like this designers style because they make pieces that I can wear with jeans or with a dressy evening out with my gurls!
