What are some really good tips for getting rid of zits and blackheads. Id prefer it if you've already tried them and they work. I have a really big problem with them, mostly on and around my nose. Please help! I have really oily skin.

Hey some GREAT ways to get rid of those horiable zits! I have answers and here they are!

1. Try normal soap and water. For some people there skin is either too dry or too oily to do this so try #2 instead! I have used this and I get the best results in 2 days my skin has nothing on it!

2. If #1 doesn't work so well on your skin don't worry just remember to wait to days for best results anyway on to #2 Try rubbing anchol on your entire face. Yes it may burn for a little bit but It defintly does the job. Know I stick with #1 just becuase it's simple and works for me but some peoples skin is a little senstive to use #2.

3. Try some name brand things and don't be afaid to expermint trust the worst thing that could happen is that you will still have zits but you did before you tried it 2 so try around and don't be afiad to either!

i heard rubbing alcohol is the worst for skin...it dries the skin tooooo bad and its too harsh on the skin!

i have a very oily skin too and face this problem almost everyday lol
i tried many products from many brands from HR, Dior and Channel to neutrogena and some products i got form the drug stores nothing worked for me until i tried nivea visage skin care products :)

try nivea purifying wash gel for mixed to oily skin as your daily facial wash if you want you can use the tonner but i only use it when i have my make-up on for a very long time
also you can try nivea refining clear-up strips once a week on your nose and forehead it really removes blackheads and impurities
there is also active mask from nivea too to control shines and removes impurities i use it whenever i feel like lol

there is also another brand i like and used it products and really helped me to control my skin porblems it's called himalaya herbals they have that peeling mask which really peels of the dead skin i use it only once in 3 or 4 months after i have my laser done you dont have to use it every week but it really work it peels off the dead skin and hepls renew your skin :) \
about the alcohol pads i use them on pimples it reduce it size clear them off use them only on pimples not all over your face :mrgreen:

The only thing that worked for me was ProActiv. I was a skeptic but got so desperate I ordered it. I was getting cystic acne and it was so painful and ugly I was desperate.
