Anything that shos of your skin but not to much that way you don't look trashy! But anything that makes you look CUTE!!!!

i think they definitely are, especially when you wear them over leggings. and you can also wear them over skinny jeans. I would just try and wear tighter fitting bottoms with tunics, because you don't want to look like you're swimming in your clothes like the olsen twins!
