Here's a link for quick and easy appetizers they only have a few ingredients and are ready in minutes: clam dip, spinach dip, bacon-wrapped dates, and crab spread- check it out at http://www.celebratewithstyle.com/loggedIn/DisplayArticle5MinApps

Also why dont you try

Aparagus-Ham Roll-ups
They are low-carb too!
You need :24 stalks asparagus
and ham cold cuts

Cook asparagus until tender and drain.
You may want to use garlic, oregano, or some other herb or spice when you cook the asparagus- this all depends on the flavor/kind of ham.

Lay 2 or 4 (whatever you prefer) stalks on a slice of ham, roll and fasten with toothpicks. Just repeat with the rest.
After you roll them up broil them on high heat for 15 minutes-
