what is the best way to get firmer thighs?

I think from what I know, cardio/running? but I really wish I could know for sure!

Here's a site that has an exercise that works ok. Well ok. I tried it and it's a hard exercise but i do jazz anyway and i don't have time for doing it everyday! Other people say that it works. You have to give them ur email so they can send you the instructions.

Yoga will give you some good thighs. All the Warrior postures, and down dog. As well as walking hills, is super good for the legs. do some squats everyday on your spare time.

yeah... when I do those things, it hurts my thigh, somebody told me that it could be lactic acid, what do you think?
