What have you learned from reading A New Earth?

wow... well, I've learned a lot about my ego. I have learned how much harder we tend to make life because we let our ego get involved. There would be so much less drama in the world if we were able to be "present" as Tolle says instead of playing into it. It's made me be more aware of myself and my actions and think about how to better myself and the world around me. what about everyone else?

wow i heard about this oprah thing but i didn't read the book...now i'm thinking i should pick it up...we need more awareness about this kind of thing huh? it's easy to lose touch with who you are when there's so much going on around you
