What are the things that upset and disturb you, and what does this reveal about you?

this is so true, sometimes i am surprised at myself for feeling upset or reacting strongly to a situation that i thought i could be indifferent to.

i heard this great line on the tv show Walker Texas Ranger re-run (believe it or not). "life is about making good choices." i suppose i get upset when i reflect on my choices & have made a bad choice that hurts myself & or someone.
