Why do we choose to create unhappiness? What unhappiness do you feel you create in your life?

I guess our pain-body's just can't stand things to be going well, if they feed off of pain, then happiness isn't going to work so well for them. As a Christian, I view the pain-body as the enemy trying to get me to stray from the path of God. It tries to get me to cause unhappiness and hurt and become so used to it that it seems normal.
I have caused unhappiness in my relationships for no reason, and I hate that!

My unhappiness is when I compare with others. It can be even the simple things like: how come she knows how to meditate, why can't I do yoga like that, look at her natural beauty, how did she become so talented etc.
I AM and I need to accept that I am a perfectly made by GOD!

I get jealous when my friends have more things than me. I have to stop that because I also have lots of things.

I think we create unhappiness so that we can see what is vibrating inside of us, and make a decision that we want to live better. We have DNA from or ancestors that lived in very trying times, and that unhappiness that they experienced is to some degree still in our genetic make up. I think this unhappiness that we create is from that, but if we keep creating it then we have to look closer at ourselves and see why we can't let it go. Meditation and yoga are practiced and honored because they slow your mind down and allow you to see what is your true nature and what is old programming so that you can choose and see how to make more joy, peace and happiness in your life.
