Thinking isolates a situation or event and calls it good or bad as if it had a separate existence. Through excessive reliance on thinking reality becomes fragmented.

I judge things as good or bad all day long. And then try to reach for something better. When I should just begin to see things as is, and perfect.

I fragment my day all day long, then I call my friends and ask their advice on what I fragmented and get them to fragment to. It is a a crazy cycle.
