I find myself labeling more than I realize. I look at a flower and say "how pretty". I look at a celebrity and say "how gorgeous". I look at a couple walking hand and hand and say "look how happy they are". Wow...that is only my perception. :idea:

I have formed these thoughts from a learned behavior and it seems like if they don't fit that pattern, then those things are no longer "pretty", "gorgeous", or "happy". That is what makes my body sick...I realized my challenge is to overcome this thinking pattern so I can be free from all these negative thoughts and beliefs. I need to set my mind free and "JUST BE" Everything is just "is" and I just want "to be" so I can live the life intended for me.

My goal is to accept the life that GOD has given me, because it is PERFECT! :D

i never thought about it, but i do the same thing. i wonder why it's so natural for us to automatically label? what good does labeling do anyway?
