I loved the part about inviting moments of stillness into your life because that's where the answers are!! I just thought that was great because it seems like we don't leave ANY time for that in our everyday routine!! What a difference it would make if everyone began to do this...

I have been told the best time to be able to experience stillness is between the hours of 3am - 5 am, where there is no distraction. I guess that would make sense because everybody is sleeping at that time... :D

I love being in stillness because then you can see how much is really going on in any given moment. Just your breath alone requires so much action.

I enjoyed when Eckhart talked about getting in touch with your inner self by just closing your eyes and focusing on one part of your body, like your hand. You can begin to feel it tingle and actually feel the blood moving through it. It's amazing that this is always happening and yet we only feel it when we stop to. I think it's important to do this every once in a while to bring ourselves back to our original perfect being that God created, and focus on the miraculous body that he created, and then give thanks for it!
