Not only do they try to rip you off, they send your email out and you get a ton of junk mail.

i've had a bad experience before, but after that i went with someone else and that person is wonderful! she more than made up for her colleague's mistakes. i'm extremely satisfied with my agent. it's like that with everything, if you have a bad experience then try someone else, you never know :o)
