A great move that I've found to tone up the upper arms and shoulders is a move from Yoga called "The Crocodile." Start standing and fold over at the waist. Place your hands on the floor (or on your mat), with the knees bent if necessary, and then jump your feet back into a push-up position. The key is to hold the push-up position for a few seconds, then move into a half-push-up position (for a few seconds), and then roll the toes under in the half-push-up position (and hold, of course! for a few seconds) :) Push up to straight-arms and jump your legs back toward your hands when ready. I find that repeating this even 3 times a day helps form toned, sculpted shoulders and upper arms!
