i'm always on the lookout for good drink ideas and recipes! i want to start drinking more tea cause it's great for your health! does anyone have any good tea recipes that incorporate mint or ginger?

i buy the ginger chai tea from celestial seasonings, it soooo good! i'm drinking it right now! i have a headache and ginger is supposed to help get rid of those :(

i LOVE TEA TOO! My favorite is green tea leaves with mint leaves. Just as a side note: you might want to try a cold pack on your head for relieving headaches!

i like guayaki! it's like a tea alternative to coffee and it's all natural. i got a package at trader joe's and i'm drinking it now!
