What is the best moisterizer that won't make you break out? I love that glowy skin look!

if you mean pimples (breakouts) you don't get them from the cream only if the cream has germs in it. Same thing with make-up. The products you use have to be clean and you have to wash your face before and after putting the cream / make-up on.

Yup, getting a squeeze tube is much more sanitary than a moisturizer from a jar. Also, look for something that does not contain oil, and take into consideration what kind of benifits you want from your moisturizer, like a sunscreen, which can change the consistancy of a cream and make it feel heavier on your skin.
And don't neglect the rest of your skincare regimene! Basic skincare includes doing the following twice a day:
CLEANSER (to break down dirt, oil and makeup),
TONER (to even out the PH balance in your skin, remove residue soap left behind, exfoliate and prepare your skin to receive treatments and moisture...if youre not using a toner, you're wasting your money on a moisturizer because it's not going to hydrate the healthy skin cells below the surface.)
MOISTURIZER (to seal in hydration and add vitamins).
SUNSCREEN should go on the outer most layer of your regimine. So if there's an SPF in your foundation, great....otherwise get a moisturizer with one.
You always want to protect your skin with a full spectrum (SPF) sunscreen of at LEAST SPF15 EVERY DAY!! even if you're not outside. Indoor lights are made up of UV-A rays that cause aging. So be sure to cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and protect your skin!!
