The inspiration for Bath-Desserts.com came from their first product, fizz balls (also known as bath bombs). Lisa (one of the Bath-Desserts.com partners) created olive oil and almond oil based fizz balls, which were sold to clients at her spa in Newport Beach, CA. But when Lisa became pregnant and decided to close her spa, she continued selling her products to clients. Lisa then teamed up with her friend Christie to improve the fizz ball by incorporating hemp seed oil. This produced a much more moisturizing beauty treatment in the bath with no oily mess to clean up! From that point, the two went on to create Hemp Seed Oil Infused Sorbet Scrubs for the shower that not only exfoliate the skin for renewed cell growth, but leaves the skin soft and moisturized with no need to lotion after bath or shower. Since then, the two have also created Hemp Seed Butter Infused Body Butter, Hemp Seed Butter Body Melt Truffles and Hemp Lip Butters.
