For the past few weeks DivaVillage.com has featured a Yoga Pose of the Week, and now it’s time to take all of these poses that you have learned so far and combine them into what’s called a vinyasa. You will frequently hear this word in your yoga classes because a vinyasa is a flow of fluid movements that combines your asana’s, or poses, with your breath. There are hundreds of different vinyasas, all with their own unique variations depending on style and creativity. So, Divas, let’s take what we know and flow!
Diva Vinyasa Benefits

Upward Facing Dog Pose
