To keep your ‘antennae’ straight and your connection clear and strong, meditation is a wonderful start. Spend 15 minutes or so a day focusing on your breath going in and out of your nose, letting any thoughts just float by without letting them take you into their story. Prayer, including appreciation and gratitude for all you have as well as asking for what you want, is also extremely powerful. Try to become aware of the daily chatter of your mind, and practice directing it consciously toward positive thoughts. See things that you are usually troubled by in a new light from a different more positive perspective. Open your mind to possibilities you may not have ever considered – remember how fun it was to play in your imagination as a child?
