Mary-Kate Olsen is the epitome of a fashion trendsetter. She is always so far ahead of the style curve that by the time we all realize what she is wearing is the ultimate in edgy wearable clothing, she has already moved on to something more amazing and fashionable. So when we saw Mary Kate step onto the welcoming carpet at the Matthew Williamson for H&M debut, we were blown away by her look and knew we must find a way to make it our own. Mary Kate makes the refreshingly simple one-shoulder dress and open front cardigan combination sexy yet sophisticated. A wide studded rocker-like belt peeping out of the cardigan is the perfect extra touch and a printed top handle satchel adds a bit of visual texture. The whole look is finished off with simple and wearable t-strap heels. We love all the elements that went into Mary Kate’s look because together they equal one amazing outfit, but also apart they are going to jazz up so many other outfits already in our closet!
