- To begin, lightly glide the brush across the top of your foot to the knee.
- Continue lightly stroking your whole body with long, light, smooth strokes, up the arms and legs.
- Brush each surface only once. One stroke for the front of the lower leg, one for the inside, then one for the outside and one for the back of the leg.
- Brush the upper legs and arms with the same technique.
- It should take four strokes from the foot to the knee, four strokes from the hand to the shoulder. It requires six strokes for the upper leg.
- The trunk area of the body is lightly stroked with the target area being the liver, which is under the ribs, on the right side.
