Then run the liner on the inside of your eye just on the bottom to create that sexy smokiness.

Start from the ends of lashes and work your way to the middle, placing each lash next to one another creating a fluffy half lash. Apply about 5-6 lashes to get Uma Thurman’s look. Wait a couple of minutes for the glue to dry before applying a light coat of mascara to give the eyes one last pump of sexiness.
