LIME FOR BEAUTY

Lime has cleansing properties and is highly effective on oily skin types. It is also great for acne prone complexions. Because it is contains high levels of vitamin C, which is known to attack free radicals in our system, lime works wonders on fine lines and wrinkles and is a top ingredient in skin serums worldwide.

1 lime, sliced thin
Fill a large bowl or your bathtub with warm to hot water (not too hot), and add the above ingredients. Soak both feet for 10 to 12 minutes.

1-1/2 tbs. kosher salt
Combine all the ingredients and mix gently, just enough to dampen the salt. Don’t over-mix as this may cause the salt to start to dissolve. Apply the scrub to your skin using circular movements, working up your limbs and towards your heart. Gently shower off and apply your favorite body lotion.
