Warm weather brings out the blondes, no doubt about it. Most people don't choose full on blonde color, as regular mortals can't rock platinum blonde the way Christina Aguilera does. Full heads of blonde highlights are also considered somewhat old school, as they are costly to keep up and majorly time consuming, especially if you have long, thick hair. These days highlights are more customized to your haircut and are placed at accent points where they help bring out facial features and cover gray patches like in the crown. Subtle strawberry highlights might be more what you are looking for, sort of like what Lindsey Lohan is wearing right now. (By the time this is published she could be brunette again, who knows??) Only a Kelly Osbourne type can rock the Ronald McDonald red, so it's best you have the personality to carry it off if you choose a neon shade a la ‘girls just wanna have fun'.
