HOW TO WEAR KHAKI AND TAN
Lighten Up Your Look in Neutral Khakis and Tans!
Spring has sprung, so that means it’s time to bring back the neutral hues to your wardrobe. Khaki has always looked very fresh especially after the dark dismal days of winter, but this season it looks even better. Amp up your style by pairing khaki with everything, including more khaki! The pale colors always have a way to really make us feel spring is in the air, so enjoy the soft shades and wear put a little spring into your look!
HOW TO WEAR KHAKI AND TAN: Bare To Be Nude
Khaki has never looked so good. Don’t worry about not knowing what to wear with your khaki attire, because you can wear it with more khaki. Wear khaki on khaki to create a very clean and new look, such as a khaki button down shirt, with cream-colored jewelry to match. Top this look off with keeping your bottom half dressed in khaki as well with cream-colored pants and nude shoes. Another sexy option is to wear a pale cream dress with ruffles and pair it with a tan wrap around belt with tan ankle booties or pumps.
HOW TO WEAR KHAKI AND TAN: Everybody Loves a Trench
A trench coat goes a long way, especially in the spring time when showers can pop up just about anywhere and when you need just a little bit of a cover up. A khaki trench coat looks absolutely stunning when worn with lots of pale or neutral colors. Wear this trench with a pale pink dress underneath and a brown belt around the outside of the coat to really tie the look together. You can also wear this trench coat with a pair of distressed jeans, a tee with a printed scarf and a large brown bag. This look is very casual, but still very put together.
HOW TO WEAR KHAKI AND TAN: Wear It Short
Once the temperature hits 60 degrees, it is time to bring out those shorts and start showing off those legs after a long period of hibernation. A tan romper looks fabulous with a large beaded necklace in the similar color, or a shade lighter. Keep the rest of your accessories very clean and light as well, with tan shoes, brown bangles and a light colored bag. For a more casual style, wear a button down denim shirt with a pair of khaki shorts, platforms and a light tan cardigan. This look is especially great for when you are heading out to a lunch date!
Khaki can always make a woman look fantastic! And now that spring is here, it is time to slap on the tan and bring back some life to your wardrobe!
