Sometimes these poofy or puffy sleeves can be a bit intimidating, so it may be best to try a smaller style. For a casual look, pair this shirt with your favorite jeans. To dress it up a bit, wear this shirt with a few long necklaces, a pair of trouser shorts and heels.

It is best to find a pattern that you feel comfortable in, which is in or near your comfort zone.
