This trend constantly makes the rounds but lately we have been noticing a new spin on this classic silhouette and we are loving it. Light and airy ruffles and frills have been cascading down these one shoulder frocks introducing a fresh new way to decorate yourself. Stars like 10,000 B.C.’s Camilla Belle and Twilight’s Rachelle LeFevre show us the reason why, when they each stepped out wearing one shoulder dresses which highlighted their collarbone, shoulders, neck, and face.
