You can do this by going to a professional, such as at Victoria Secret, or you can simply do one on yourself. To do this yourself, take out your trusty tape measure. HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BRA: Test it out So now you have your measurement, and now it is time to test it out to make sure you find the right size bra. When you are trying a bra on, bend over and let your breasts fall naturally in the cups of the bra. The center of the bra should lie against your breastbone without any gaps. Once the back is on, check to see if the back of it hikes up. It should rest against the middle of your back, and if it doesn’t, and you notice any back cleavage, this bra is too small. When you are looking for the right bra, do not just pick one up because it looks nice or seems to look close to your size. You need the bra to be your actual size in order for it to fit and to be comfortable. If you have the right fit, it will also look better not only by itself, but also under your clothing as well because there will be no gaps and no wrinkles. You also want to make sure that your breasts are not spilling out of the bra, because this really offers no support whatsoever. You want a bra that offers coverage and support but also makes you feel good. The only way you can achieve all of this is to make sure you have a bra that fits you correctly.
